1. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop Sevoré.

A consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. CONTRACT FORMATION
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button used to complete the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
After the order has been submitted, the customer receives an electronic confirmation.
The specific steps required to conclude the contract are displayed during the Shopify checkout process.
3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, product images, colors, dimensions and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, the appearance and colors of products may differ slightly depending on the customer's device, display settings, lighting and other technical factors.
Minor variations that are customary for jewelry and do not constitute a defect may occur.
The characteristics stated in the respective product description are decisive for the contractual quality of the product.
4. PRICES
All prices displayed in our online shop are stated in euros (€).
Sevoré currently operates under the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 UStG. Therefore, VAT is not separately shown on invoices.
Any additional shipping costs are displayed to the customer before completion of the order.
Shipping is free for orders with an order value of €50.00 or more, where indicated in the shop.
5. PAYMENT
The payment methods currently available are displayed during checkout.
Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify Payments or other payment service providers offered in the online shop.
Where payment is due immediately, the purchase price becomes due upon conclusion of the contract.
The terms and conditions of the respective payment provider may additionally apply.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Our usual delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days.
In individual cases, delivery may take longer, particularly due to high order volumes, delays by shipping providers or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, statutory provisions concerning delivery and transfer of risk remain unaffected.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
7. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of Sevoré until the purchase price has been paid in full.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days.
The details regarding the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period, the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and the consequences of withdrawal are set out in our separate Withdrawal Policy / Refund Policy.
Customers should therefore also review the withdrawal information provided in our online shop.
9. RETURNS
If a customer exercises a valid statutory right of withdrawal, the return will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal provisions.
The conditions and procedure for returns are described in our Refund Policy.
This does not limit any statutory rights the customer may have in relation to defective products.
10. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Where a product is defective, the customer's statutory warranty rights apply.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable statutory provisions, the customer may be entitled in particular to subsequent performance and, where the legal requirements are met, further remedies.
Any voluntary customer service offered by Sevoré does not restrict statutory warranty rights.
11. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
If an ordered product is unexpectedly unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
If we are unable to fulfil an order and no contractually appropriate alternative is agreed upon, payments already received for the unavailable product will be refunded where required.
12. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers must ensure that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.
In particular, customers must provide a valid email address and a correct shipping address.
Customers are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.
13. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts, promotional codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate voluntary promotions for future orders.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content created for Sevoré, including branding, logos, graphics, product descriptions, photographs and other original content, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used beyond what is permitted by law without the consent of the respective rights holder.
Third-party trademarks and other protected content remain the property of their respective owners.
15. PERMITTED USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Sevoré website may only be used for lawful purposes.
Users may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, or use the website for fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activities.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our online shop is powered by Shopify.
Certain functions, including payment processing, analytics or other shop functionality, may be provided by third-party service providers.
Where applicable, the terms and privacy policies of those providers may also apply to their respective services.
17. SHOPIFY
Sevoré uses Shopify to provide the technical infrastructure for the online shop.
Purchases made through the Sevoré online shop are made with Sevoré as the seller unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure and is not automatically the seller of products offered by Sevoré.
18. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Further information about the nature, scope and purposes of data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy available in the online shop.
19. LIABILITY
Sevoré is liable without limitation where liability is mandatory under applicable law, including liability for intent and gross negligence and, where applicable, injury to life, body or health.
For other damages caused by slight negligence, liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
20. STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS
The statutory warranty rights applicable to consumers apply.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict statutory rights relating to defective goods where such exclusion or restriction would be unlawful.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may amend these Terms and Conditions for future transactions where necessary.
The version applicable at the time the respective contract is concluded generally governs that contract.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is available through our online shop.
22. GOVERNING LAW
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
If the customer is a consumer and has their habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the customer remain unaffected.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected, insofar as permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory provisions apply in place of any invalid provision where required.
